Absolutely great place. House was SUPER clean & nice and in a great location. And Doni was the absolute best host. Communicated amazingly, even was interested in how my son tournaments went and always came back with encouraging words for him! He notice was would be getting in late and offered to leave porch light on and turn air on for us! We will definitely be back.
Do not think twice about booking with Doni. We stayed here for the Ole Miss LSU game. It is only a quick 25 minute drive to Oxford. The place was exactly as advertised. Doni could not have been more flexible and communicative. I highly recommend his rentals. We will be staying again for sure.
Perfect getaway very close to Sardis Lake. Sheets were crisp and clean. Towels were fluffy, soft and smelled nice. Bed was so comfortable my fisherman even slept in one day instead of morning fishing. Kitchen contained everything you could ever need. Shower had great pressure and the water was super hot. Great accommodations if you have a boat. Cabin was immaculately clean. Doni was so sweet. She even dropped by a book for me to read. Highly, highly recommend this spot. Found three fun places to eat close, Como steakhouse - good old time style spot, Rafters at the lake, fun atmosphere with lake views and live music and The Pier right down from the cabin, great fried fish and live music. Even some locals dancing it up to Uptown Funk. Great time full of laughter.
Doni and Gary went above and beyond any expectations we had! We felt right at home in a state we've never been to. Clean, comfortable and suggestions for in town activities! We will definitely be back, great owners!

What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.
How do I get into my cabin?
Every cabin has self check-in with a smart lock. Use the door code provided — your code becomes active at check-in time and de-activates at checkout time.
How many guests does each cabin sleep?
Each cabin has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Cabins 1, 3 and 4 sleep up to 5 guests, with a queen bed in one bedroom and two twins in the other. Cabin 2 sleeps up to 6, with a queen, two twins and a sleeper sofa in the den. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Additional guests must be approved in advance.
Can we rent more than one cabin for a group?
Yes. The cabins sit side by side, so reunions and larger groups often rent several together. Check the dates you want on each cabin, or contact us and we’ll help you line them up.
How close are Sardis Lake, Oxford and Ole Miss?
The cabins are just minutes from Sardis Lake and the Sardis Dam & Lower Lake, and about 22 miles from Oxford — an easy drive to Ole Miss, The Grove, Vaught-Hemingway Stadium and the Square.
What’s included in each cabin?
A full kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware and cooking basics), washer and dryer, WiFi, TV, air conditioning, heating and ceiling fans, plus linens, towels, a hair dryer, shampoo and body soap. Outside you’ll find a BBQ grill, fire pit, outdoor dining area and a patio.
Is there parking? Can I bring a boat?
Parking is free and right outside your cabin, and the circle drive has room to pull through with a boat trailer.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the cabins. Evidence of smoking indoors may result in additional cleaning fees.
Can we host a party or event?
Parties, large gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing prior to the reservation. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Do you offer long-term stays or housekeeping?
Long-term stays are welcome, and housekeeping during your stay is available at extra cost. Contact us to arrange either.
What is your cancellation policy?
- **30+ days before check-in:** 100% refund minus a 3.5% processing fee. - **7–29 days before check-in:** 50% refund minus a 3.5% processing fee. - **Less than 7 days before check-in:** no refund.
