Dino was a great host. Great communication and house was perfect for my weekend fishing trip. Very quiet. Close to the boat ramp while not being too far from other things to do. Would highly recommend staying here.
Doni was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay, especially by letting us know what was nearby since we were in town for a soccer tournament. The cabin was perfect, clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Doni as a host!
We had a wonderful stay at this B&B during our duck hunting trip. The room was spotless and comfortable, it truly felt like a home away from home after a long day in the field. Doni was an exceptional host: welcoming, attentive, and very accommodating to our group, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, quiet, relaxing, and ideal for hunters. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone, especially those coming for an outdoor or hunting trip.
The place worked out perfectly for spending the weekend at Ole Miss with our granddaughter! The place is very spacious and clean with all the amenities. A short drive to the campus. The host was very nice and responsive. I highly recommend this place if you need a place to stay near Ole Miss and can’t wait to go back!

What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.
How do I get into my cabin?
Every cabin has self check-in with a smart lock. Use the door code provided — your code becomes active at check-in time and de-activates at checkout time.
How many guests does each cabin sleep?
Each cabin has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Cabins 1, 3 and 4 sleep up to 5 guests, with a queen bed in one bedroom and two twins in the other. Cabin 2 sleeps up to 6, with a queen, two twins and a sleeper sofa in the den. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Additional guests must be approved in advance.
Can we rent more than one cabin for a group?
Yes. The cabins sit side by side, so reunions and larger groups often rent several together. Check the dates you want on each cabin, or contact us and we’ll help you line them up.
How close are Sardis Lake, Oxford and Ole Miss?
The cabins are just minutes from Sardis Lake and the Sardis Dam & Lower Lake, and about 22 miles from Oxford — an easy drive to Ole Miss, The Grove, Vaught-Hemingway Stadium and the Square.
What’s included in each cabin?
A full kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware and cooking basics), washer and dryer, WiFi, TV, air conditioning, heating and ceiling fans, plus linens, towels, a hair dryer, shampoo and body soap. Outside you’ll find a BBQ grill, fire pit, outdoor dining area and a patio.
Is there parking? Can I bring a boat?
Parking is free and right outside your cabin, and the circle drive has room to pull through with a boat trailer.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the cabins. Evidence of smoking indoors may result in additional cleaning fees.
Can we host a party or event?
Parties, large gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing prior to the reservation. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Do you offer long-term stays or housekeeping?
Long-term stays are welcome, and housekeeping during your stay is available at extra cost. Contact us to arrange either.
What is your cancellation policy?
- **30+ days before check-in:** 100% refund minus a 3.5% processing fee. - **7–29 days before check-in:** 50% refund minus a 3.5% processing fee. - **Less than 7 days before check-in:** no refund.
